What We're Looking For
You will need to be a genuinely skilled, hands-on cabinet maker who can demonstrate the quality of your work.
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 3 years of relevant cabinet-making or joinery experience
- Strong experience manufacturing kitchen cabinets, cupboards, drawers and custom cabinetry
- Excellent cutting, machining, assembly and finishing skills

- Good communication skills
The employer is looking for someone who understands the complete cabinet manufacturing process, from cutting and machining through to assembly and finishing.
Experience with outdoor kitchens, modular cabinetry, flat-pack manufacturing or commercial cabinetry production would be particularly valuable.
This is not a general carpentry or construction labouring role. Applicants must have genuine cabinet-making or joinery manufacturing experience, rather than experience limited to framing, roofing, formwork or general building construction.
International Applicants
International applicants are welcome to apply, with Australian employer sponsorship available for suitable candidates under the Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa, subject to meeting the relevant migration requirements.
Shortlisted applicants will need to:

- Meet the applicable English language and visa requirements
- Provide photos and videos demonstrating their cabinet-making skills, machinery experience and previous work
- Be financially prepared to fund their own visa pathway and associated applicant costs
The Australian employer will meet their required employer sponsorship costs.
