We work with established venues across Australia — from leading regional hotels and hospitality groups to busy pubs, clubs, resorts and city venues — that are looking for skilled Chefs and are prepared to offer employer sponsorship to the right candidates.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in the culinary industry
Strong experience producing high-quality food in a commercial kitchen
Five-star hotel experience is highly regarded
Experience in quality pubs, clubs, hotels or high-volume venues is desirable
Strong across multiple kitchen sections, including grill, pans, larder and fryer
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Genuine passion for food and pride in the quality of your work
